Educational and Professional Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university or institution.
- Candidates with additional qualifications such as a Master’s degree in Engineering or an MBA in Project Management will be given preference.
- Professional Experience:
- Minimum [number of years] years of relevant experience in managing large-scale engineering projects, preferably in the field of infrastructure development.
- Experience in the design, construction, and maintenance of roads, buildings, and other critical infrastructure.

- Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare project estimates and manage budget allocations effectively to optimize resource utilization.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects comply with the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed project reports, technical specifications, and other documentation as required.
- Training and Development: Mentor and train junior engineers and technical staff.
