Educational and Professional Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university or institution.
  • Candidates with additional qualifications such as a Master’s degree in Engineering or an MBA in Project Management will be given preference.
• Professional Experience:
  • Minimum [number of years] years of relevant experience in managing large-scale engineering projects, preferably in the field of infrastructure development.
  • Experience in the design, construction, and maintenance of roads, buildings, and other critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Supervision: Provide technical expertise and supervision in the construction and maintenance of border outposts, roads, and other critical infrastructure.
• Coordination: Liaise with various government departments, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and quality execution of projects.
• Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare project estimates and manage budget allocations effectively to optimize resource utilization.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects comply with the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed project reports, technical specifications, and other documentation as required.
• Training and Development: Mentor and train junior engineers and technical staff.
